Who I Am:
I’m Guy Soucy, a Well-Being Specialist focused on nervous system regulation and emotional well-being.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve supported individuals, professionals, and organizations in learning how to regulate their nervous system, reduce chronic stress patterns, and restore a sense of inner safety, clarity, and balance... both at work and in everyday life.
My approach blends science-informed nervous system regulation, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, and practical somatic tools that people can use immediately, especially in moments of pressure, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue.
I’ve worked with thousands of individuals across corporate, government, and educational environments, helping them move out of survival mode and into a more regulated, grounded, and sustainable way of functioning where performance, focus, and well-being naturally improve.
What sets my work apart is lived experience. I don’t teach from theory alone. I teach what actually works to reset the body, calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and build long-term emotional resilience.
